Not much room for growth as a retail sales associate. Crazy busy during fall, winter, and spring months.

I really loved working at Athleta. They have a very positive work environment, great co-workers, awesome customers, good hours, and cute clothing. I would definitely work for the company again. I also really like the Rosedale Shopping Center.

Cons

I had a long commute to work, sometimes I would get scheduled for short hours which was pretty inconvenient. Pay was not great but I was also just a part-time sales associate.
