      Pros

      Athleta (owned by Gap Inc.) provides a wonderful line of performance and everyday apparel and accessories for any type of woman. The company strives to make sure all women are comfortable and confident in their everyday, busy lives. I enjoy working for a company that strongly cares to increase the confidence in women. Besides the company at large, I work with an incredible group of people. I look forward to going into the store and being with my now friends each day. I highly recommend Athleta for a place to work.

      Cons

      I very much enjoy working for Athleta, my only complain right now with my store is that I work part-time and would very much like to be working more hours. Other than that, I do not have any complaints or "cons" about the company.

      Pros

      Athleta is a great company to work for. It is under Gap Inc. which supports and promotes many great causes. The store really tries to focus on the healthy lifestyle and giving back to the local community. Within Gap Inc there is also many really cool opportunities like volunteering abroad or tuition reimbursement programs. There is also a great discount and if needed it is really easy to transfer (even to other Gap Inc brands).

      Cons

      Is a new brand and therefore is constantly trying new strategies and planning for the business. This leads to a lot of different standards and changes to keep up with.

      Fun coworkers, decent discount, got to take classes in store and around the neighborhood for free

      Cons

      No commission and difficult to get a raise, barely trained new-hires which led to a lot of confusion and a disorganized workplace, changes in management were not very smooth and led to a lot of behind the scenes scrambling
