Pros
We always get out on time, or sometimes early. We usually have good, solid, consistent shifts where we either work 4 hours (short shift) or 9 hours with a one hour break in the middle (long shift). Very honest environment.
Cons
There are hardly any cons. The management is a little inconsistent with what they want you to do, it depends on their managing style.
