Love the leadership team and the environment is very fun to work in. Love the customers.

Cons

Hours can come in waves - one month you have 40 hours a week and the next you have 5 hours a week. But that comes with any retail job.

Discount and discount at all Gap Inc related brands.

Cons

The company is trying to figure things out still. One day one thing is right, the next day it's wrong, then you change things then you change it back. No consistency. Expectations are high from the new president. Very little payroll is given to successfully run a business and even be able to have the right floor coverage to actually help customers. No payroll = less associates = less customers getting helped.

The women who work here are the nicest group of people I'v worked with. They have a great product which makes it super easy to sell.

Cons

I would have liked more hours...as a part-time worker...it would have been good to have more time.
