Pros

Wonderful team of co-workers. Flexible hours with nice incentives. They give their employees a generous discount. Clothes are great and well made, therefore easy to sell.

Cons

Not the best pay and would be nice if they were a bit more consistent with hours.

great customers, easy to work with staff, easy to get time off, great discount

Cons

I find the management VERY disorganized, I have received virtually no formal training, the managers need to be on the same page, it also sucks when they call you the night before and tell you that you don't need to come in the next day, never know from one week to the next how many hours you are going to get!

Pros

You get to work with a lot of inspiring people and the enironment is relatively relaxed. It was a good way to quickly learn retail skills, as well as event management skills-- as athleta hosts several class, book signings, and other events.

Cons

The store was poorly managed. When time was requested off a month in advance for athletic reasons, I was told I would need to resign and could re apply later.
