      Pros

      Good discount. Free classes. Great team. Good return policy. A lot of clothes. Marketing events. Managers treat employees how they should be treated.

      Cons

      Inconsistent hours. Decent pay. Multiple managers on the floor at a time. Managers don't have to worry about their hours.

      Pros

      Great discounts at Athleta, Gap, Banana Republic and a decent one at Old Navy. Wonderful managers. No pressure to suggestive sell credit cards as Athleta does not have one. Performance not based on commission.

      Cons

      Not a lot of hours. Short shifts.

      Pros

      Athleta is a really fun place to work. You get a great discount at Athleta as well as The Gap, Banana Republic and Old Navy. I LOVED the people I worked with there, they were totally awesome. There are chances to move up in the company.

      Cons

      No benefits unless you are a manager or assisted manager. I heard once after you have worked 1,000 hours you can qualify. You spend long hours on your feet. The assistant managers assign you to an area in the store and you have to stay there. It can be very boring at times. You may have to work an occasional Sunday. You spend of your paychecks on the clothes because they are so great! (I don't know if that is a good thing or a bad thing.)
