The company is trying to figure things out still. One day one thing is right, the next day it's wrong, then you change things then you change it back. No consistency. Expectations are high from the new president. Very little payroll is given to successfully run a business and even be able to have the right floor coverage to actually help customers. No payroll = less associates = less customers getting helped.
