      Pros

      Decent clothing, good benefits at the beginning. Promoting an active lifestyle was nice to do at work, and yoga pants are a fun "uniform."

      Cons

      Opening a new store led to many managerial shifts and changing "norms" of running the store which led to frustration concerning scheduling, holiday bonuses, and other store requirements.

      Pros

      Athleta inspires its coworkers to live an active and healthy lifestyle. Since it is owned by Gap, Inc., it is gaining more and more recognition.

      Cons

      The managers are constantly changing and it gets very frustrating because it is not very organized at all. We are never formally informed when a manager or anyone leaves. It used to be a tight family and know we have no idea who still works there. Also, upper management loves to change setups and layouts after sending directives. This makes it very hectic and difficult to cooperate when it is easy to predict when things are going to change.
