Pros
I like the schedule flexibility, the 50% discount, the female environment and it is super fun to work with clothes/fashion. The hourly pay is decent for retail. The store is upbeat and positive for the most part and so are the customers and co-workers. There is not too much stress.
Cons
Management keeps changing, constant push to open credit cards puts too much pressure on employees, company seems more concerned with profit than customer service and employee morale although they claim otherwise. They cannot seem to hire the right amount of hourly workers and there is this constant cycle of either a lack or overabundance of hours.
