      Pros

      Pros would have to be that you can request off ahead of time without having to tell them what the event is and they will respect it. Lunch breaks are great, they don't make you do any off the clock work. You get the hours you've asked for and will give you more if you ask. My co-workers are supportive and always uplifting. Great pay.

      Cons

      They only depend on certain people to do all the work. There are times when management will ignore your schedule request for different hours, even if it is because of school. They don't value you as an employee, they just expect you to do your job. They don't give you much of a raise when you make a year.

      Pros

      50% Employee discount at ALL GAP brands. Access to GAP employee marketplace deals. Totally flexible with schedule if I needed to take a week off to travel, etc.

      Cons

      Barely any hours per week at this location. Like 4-6 hours per week if I was lucky. Not many opportunities to climb the ladder because the brand is still new and growing. They claim to be all about company support and coaching, but that never happened. I would work here again for the nice people and employee discount, just as a little fun side job, expecting that there is not much room for growth and development.
