      Lack of quality care, too many expectations

      People within the clinic are fun to work with

      Cons

      Upper management cares zero about their employees and only about KPIs. Pushed to see more patients resulting in your quality of care going down the drain, ridiculed for the amount of cancellations you get, held to expectations for standard charging and coding per patients despite what is actually appropriate to them.
