Great entry level position if interested in orthopedic hand therapy

Cons

Unethical bonus structure, high employee turnover, low salary, treating 2 patients at a time, will not match 401k until 3 years of service

My team was amazing and honestly that made a huge difference. Passionate and patient physical therapist who really care about patient care but also are willing to teach and help you grow.

Cons

Low pay, no benefit, corporate is kinda meh, and not a path for career growth unless you want to become a physical therapist.
