      really good environment to work with patients professional PTs good to learn from

      can be very busy at times with limited amount of aides to help don't allow full-time positions

      If you like the team of therapists and other employees at your clinic, it can be a very fun place to work each day.

      Cons

      There was a lot of pressure from the higher-ups to increase patient visits each week. This could mean calling patients often, even when it was obvious that they had no intention of returning. I also felt that this had the potential to lead to pressuring patients to come in as often as possible, even if they had a high co-pay or deductible.
