the reward is going to come from the idea of helping those that need it. The pay is not too bad for someone in school either.

Cons

completely turned me off to the idea of being a pt. its very repetitive and there is never anything"exciting" to look forward to. You see the same clients and injuries and lead them in the same exercises day in and day out.

Friendly staff, always busy, good team, open to teaching different skills, many locations if you want to make extra money.

Cons

If you want to take time off you have to find coverage yourself. Aides are expected to do a lot, must be multitaskers.
