      Pros

      There really isn't much pro to working in the billing center specifically.

      Cons

      The management is problematic, low pay especially for the volume of work that is expected to be done. No clear communication on training but expected to have results. No support from upper management.

      Decent benefits and compensation

      Pros

      Healthcare and benefits are great. You get PTO right away. They even offer a HSA. Work-life balance is great. At my clinic, we have no saturdays aka free weekend. As a regular PTA (no management nor float position), I am hourly. So my salary depends on how busy my schedule is. Fortunately, I have a busy caseload.

      Cons

      Hourly, cut hours sometimes. Management can be better and supportive

      Pretty on the outside, rotten on the inside

      Pros

      Great patients and staff to work with. Generous CEUs and decent benefits.

      Cons

      Upper management is absolutely awful and cares only about numbers rather than the employees. You will be micromanaged to meet metrics, your salary and hours will be cut if you do not see the required number of patients per week, secrets are kept behind closed doors with no transparency, performance bonuses are almost impossible to meet, you are asked to see multiple patients at a time with no training given, management makes promises with no follow through, and changes to your job position/role will be made without consulting you. I would not recommend this company to any PTs, PTAs, OTs, nor future graduates unless he/she/they want to be over worked and have terrible mental health outcomes.
