Remote work. Flexibility in schedule, but have to be present in meetings.

Cons

Horrible job security, management fires you in a whim, without justification or cause! If the managers don't like you, they take you out! Doesn't matter how skilled you are. They make terrible decisions and poor choices but act arrogant!
