Pros

Great company to work. Company provides frequent feedback after you work with client. Transparency is good. Working as remote from home is great opportunity and considerable as kind of Perks too.

Cons

I am surprised they don't give Health insurance for first 3 months. I don't know why company has policy of 6 month probation. But sometimes that scared in terms of job security

The communication is excellent!

Pros

I like how they have team meetings every morning discussing the goals. The management cares about employee's work-life balance that allows working from home. The company provides intensive training and continuous professional development to developers. Lots of amenities and freebies in the office and you feel like you're home. Great culture and work environment!

Great company, clients and environment

Pros

Transparency, great coworkers, snacks and beverages on site, great coffee machine, salary paid on time, if they have a problem they will share with everyone, big clients, you can work from home, if you need a day off or leave earlier this will not be a problem, average salary

Cons

I can't see career opportunities there, they could have bigger monitors for developers
