Nice IOS, Android and blackberry sport apps. CEO has a great vision how to further develop the app sport framework. Development team deliver the app quick and professional manner. QA team take care of the configuration, test and deployment tasks to speed up the app on market. Sales can sign up many contracts to increase company revenue.

Cons

Project management team cannot deliver an overall development, testing and deployment schedule professionally. Just simply put the down time and date on paper and dump to Dev and QA team to solve on resource issue. Never stay late when there are deployment. Finger point when the product is late in App store or google play like a 5 year old kid to yell but no solution!!!

Greater autonomy and flexibility. Management does care.

Cons

No real cons to speak of. I have enough experience in many different industries and job functions and Atimi is certainly top notch in a lot of ways.
