Pros

Atimi Software is one of the best companies I have worked with. A few things I really like: 1. Process driven. 2. Excellent documentation, especially those UX design docs and requirement specs, I have never seen such good documents in other similar size companies. 3. Project based(I like those project code name), you have opportunities to do different projects and talk with different customer 4. Apps! If you like mobile apps, this is absolutely the best company for you! 5. Talent and professional people, friendly environment 6. Good work life balance 7. Nice office and location

Cons

1. It will be nice to have direct deposit 2. We lost space for our pingpong table after moving

Pros

There are no pros at this company. The CEO seems to think he owns people. I'm not sure who is rating this company more than one star but my guess is those are fake reviews.

Cons

Every thing is wrong with this company. Its starts with the top and works its way down. For some reason the truth does not seem to matter.

The Pleasures and Pitfalls of a Service Company

Pros

- The opportunity to work on a variety of projects keeps the work interesting and challenging. - Relaxed but professional work environment. - Reasonable work-life balance expectations (infrequent overtime, opportunities to work from home, flexible hours, etc.) - Opportunities to learn from talented people. - Free snacks and a real-life in-house barista! - Office even has great views over Coal Harbour!

Cons

Like many professional service company, Atimi goes through phases of feast and famine, and it has starved at times in the past. Although the situation has been improving, if you are looking for 100% job safety Atimi is still not there yet. But if job satisfaction is higher on your list then it's pretty high up there.
