Good salary but not worth it

Cons

Absolutely zero job security. Was lied to when taking the role about length of client contract, was let go with 2 weeks notice when client didn't extend. Atimi is a meat grinder with zero care for their employees. Do not go near this place.

- High salaries - Outstanding work life balance - Get to work on a variety of interesting projects - Very high quality of code and development standards - Good processes in place with regards to QA and Project Management - Great people to work with, and an enjoyable work atmosphere

Cons

- No clear long term vision - Have lost a lot of good employees in the past year - Salaries did get delayed at one point (but have subsequently been caught up) - Poor strategic decisions time and time again
