The team had some talented people.

Cons

Higher-ups showed a pathetic disregard for feedback, worshipping their outdated processes while ignoring obvious inefficiencies. It felt like no one cared about creating a decent environment, just about ticking boxes. Any genuine concern was met with blank stares or shrugged shoulders. The uncaring attitude from the top trickled down, making progress feel like a battle.

Cons

Managers are incredibly demanding, and constantly disrespects employees, but also can't seem to hand out salaries on time. It's frustrating how they have such unreasonable expectations for employees but can't even keep themselves to the same standard!

It was broken-heartedly problematic and truly intolerable in so many ways

The team was skilled and supportive enough to deliver results under tough conditions.

Cons

The decision-making processes were problematic and made it intolerable to keep up with expectations. Communications gaps left issues unresolved for far too long, which broke my heart considering the potential the projects had. Efforts to raise concerns were often ignored or dismissed, adding to the frustration. It was disheartening to see talent undervalued despite the hard work put in.
