Pros
- Many interesting projects with big names - A lot of good people, who always are helpful and friendly - Casual laid back environment
Cons
- Senior management don't know what they're doing at all - No bonuses for hard work whatsoever. Doesn't matter how hard you're working, you won't get anything except base salary - Medical benefits are very bad. They don't even pay for white fillings with the dental ones. - Almost no company events at all. And when there is one, it's so crappy it's a joke - An owner of the company Steve Gully doesn't know how to do a business, which resulted in a second huge break down in the last couple of years, making 90% of all the people in the company to leave it without payment (again!!)
