      Pros

      Very open minded and well devoted team - often socials and a lot of support with gaining qualifications. Also modern- company supports remote work and gives a lot of support with doing this.

      Cons

      None I can think of. (Not very diverse but that comes with the lack of diversity within engineering in general)
