      There are no positives to note.

      Cons

      Toxic, elitist, 'make others look bad to make yourself look good' culture. Devaluing and demotivating managers are the norm. Used to be a good company to work for 10 plus years ago when management cared about their staff. Managers look after their selves first with workload and training and don't care to support the people they line manage.
