      Pros

      - Employee supporting environment - Focus on growth through product development - Big amounts of working capital -> great for someone in R&D - Flat company structure - Business units run like SME's while having the advantages of a multinational - Close connection between product development and production, close contact between machine operators and R&D - Great career opportunities

      Small company, small benefits, small opportunities

      Pros

      While working I had a fair amount of autonomy to develop a product. I had minimal oversight and support so I could run with ideas at any time. The people in the manufacturing facility were very kind, helpful, and willing to helping any way

      Cons

      This is a small company so there are very few opportunities for career advancement. The benefits were the least comprehensive and most costly I've seen in my 15 year career. The industry, construction, can be very volatile so job security is always a concern as they will lay-off and hire as required. Communication between management and workforce, engineering and machine operators, and even between engineering teams was severely lacking.
