Pay is decent, but not worth the time and stress

Toxic environment in the work place and leadership The “experienced” employees will always do it their way or the highway No room for your input Horrible training/transitioning Work life balance is horrible due to stressful environments “Hybrid” is 1 day at home Micromanagement HR will also always protect the “leadership” Many people have quit due to these points and more.

Decent pay for management. No Sundays

Atrocious management that all came from Walmart. If you're not from Walmart don't bother trying to create a career for yourself here. Will be a waste of your time. Management dumps all the work on the capable people and leaves alone the glaringly obviously incompetent people in management. Very particular treatment for different types of workers. No cohesiveness or fairness.
