      Pros

      Atkore is growing rapidly and has massive expansion plans. Even though they have been around for awhile they have so much room to grow and expand and are willing to put in the time, effort and money to do so in the right way. This company is also extremely transparent which is refreshing.

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits are not as competitive compared to the current market. But what they lack in pay they make up for in work/life balance.

      Pros

      I went looking for a new job where the company focused on it's people. I have been impressed by the time taken through the interview and onboarding process. I also see the commitment to people in the way that employees interact with one another.

      Cons

      None that I can see so far. Only caution would be that by the nature of the business model, if coming into a site that is still being incorporated and streamlined with the Atkore business. There is a lot of change to manage.

      Pros

      Very keen to be an employer of choice and to my mind they are certainly one of the best I have worked for. I feel very valued, empowered and that my input is regarded and listened too. The company is very keen to promote a inclusive culture and one that rewards hardwork.

      Cons

      The site is not the best for cross team collaboration as it's set across different buildings, but there are plans to move.
