Can possibly have clients from 8-5 ( long days ) , work/life balance can sometimes become difficult

Shady practices. Treatment plans are not individualized and just copied and pasted from client to client. Micromanagement with lack of transparency from supervisors. Requests for 40 hours of services for high functioning clients; inappropriate.
