Pros
Benefits package, set shifts, Fellow employees, commonly returning customer relationships, special events which keep things interesting, the ever changing variety of aircraft that come in and customers that come with them.
Cons
Management teams lack of respect for employees and micromanagement. The amount of pay for assigned responsibilities, constantly asked to work overtime and cover shifts due to inadequate staffing, customer service setbacks and inability to provide requested services in a timely manner due to high workload and limited staff.
