Pros

Great benefits, salary seemed about average, not a lot of office politics. Flexible with time off, very serious about safety. ALL employees are subject to the same random drug testing policies.

Cons

Salary was average to slightly below average. Part of a larger company whose primary business is owning businesses. Management always seems like they're trying to hide something from the employees, even when they're not??

Very friendly environment with a family-like atmosphere. I had the best training and an awesome support system. This company goes out of it's way to show how much they appreciate their employees. Catered luncheons and company sponsored events offsite.

Cons

Not a lot of room for advancement depending on your skill set and department.
