Great organization with good benefits. Effective training methods and clean work environment.

Cons

Pay is somewhat low and work hours are not ideal. Must be able to handle tough work temperatures.

Pros

Working outside in all different types of elements around multi million dollar aircraft. Meeting new people everyday and the work day is never the same.

Cons

Challenges would be that management doesn't care about their employees or the equipment being used. Another problem would be if your not part of the "click" with management, you won't get any ware. That click would be regional directors to friends they made managers who don't have a clue what they are doing.

Pros

Great company to work for, able to work outside. I was able to put my customer service techniques to the test serving the 1% Elite of the country. I was able to strive for excellence, when working with customers. Met some Very prominent people of society.

Cons

Only real cons i can think of would be compensation raises were very low.
