Good Pay, Good Benefits, great co-workers *For the most part*

Cons

Management is terrible, Favoritism is rampant. HR will not help employees. if you work or decide to work here i promise you, within a month you will want to leave.

Pros

Some of the employees were really great, hard working people, but they were treated terribly by management. I even heard management curse at employees for no reason...mainly because the main manager was mad at his other branch of employees.

Cons

The CSR's are under-staffed...You get no lunch, no breaks, and have to run for it if you want to use the bathroom. The pay is horrible. Btw, the staff are also the janitors. Management lies about camera security and gives certain customers major discounts that I believe they do not report. The worst thing is everything is old-school paper based.
