Pros

The people are amazing, the crews are great, and networking opportunities are substantial. Occasionally the higher-up Execs will come visit and actually attempt to get to know you.

Cons

Company culture is horrid. Everything is dictated by corporate and extremely money oriented, but you won’t see any form of it. Raises are 3% maximum, and managers consistently tell you that you are NOT ALLOWED to discuss your pay with coworkers (that’s illegal). Base level management does not advocate for you or listen to your concerns, and there’s no accountability or repercussions when employees are in the wrong. Team morale and group cohesiveness are non existent, and there is zero respect between departments.
