Good if interested in a career in aviation to learn the basics of planes and customer service. Pay was decent, hours negotiable, and some coworkers fun to work with.

Cons

Management would throw you under the bus in a heartbeat. High turnover rate so the workers you might enjoy working with might not be there in a few weeks time.

Pros

Pay, once you work there for a few years and get to be a lead/supervisor or tow certified.

Cons

Always understaffed. Not allowed to take PTO during ski season, you needed to find someone to cover your shift. They also made certain busy holidays “mandatory” for all employees due to short staffing.

The only con I can think of is the extent of which a professional image NEEDS to be maintained to work here, but even that isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
