Management, Admin, and HR are wonderful to work with. Local Company Culture is positive and uplifting. Experience here opens the door into aviation and many other industries. Close contact with Aircraft and Crews. Benefits.

Cons

It's corporate so do not expect special treatment. Growth is slow. Very fast paced and learning curve can be steep.

Pros

Fun place to work with some cool coworkers and get to work on a variety of planes.

Cons

Management isn’t always the best. They care more about the money coming in vs the employees well being. There is typically more overtime listed than people can pick up, and management will be very happy to force you into work even on a day off. So the work life balance is awful at times.
