      Pros

      Good and hard working people to work with at the local levels.

      Cons

      This company has changed a lot in the last few years. They have raised all prices expodentially to realize record profits and not putting any money back into their employees, facilities or equipment in order to sell it for a huge profit. In my opinion corporate management truly does not care about their employees. They are completely out of touch and try to say all the right things all the while they routinely underpay and overwork the frontline employees. Morale is very low due to constant turnover, understaffing, customer complaints and low pay.

      PSP location is safety driven, great work environment, admin is respectful and responsible.

      Cons

      You often walk, push, pull, carry items. Learning good movements to do so reduces stress on your body. In season, expect a consistent flow of traffic.
