Benefits , very flexible for time off; fun atmosphere, work independently ,when it is slow u can watch TV and read a book

Cons

Management needs to listen to their employees more often then maybe problems could be fixed. Salaries too low, no advancement

Pay is below national average, Training program is dependant upon management seeing it as "worth their time", Purposeful delay in certification and training that deals with a raise, lack of hiring
