Pros
- Good Coworkers - Enjoyed the work itself - Pay was good - Hours were good - Good benefits - Location was very convienent
Cons
- Schedule was very disorganized - Management lacked the ability to communicate with workers - Superivisors would get upset when they needed to assist on the flight line - Unfair/unequal enforcement of the rules for different employees - Management was very discriminatory about making accomadations for overweight employees (I worked there for a month, and for the entire time I had to use ladders that were not certified for my weight, I told manangement this numerous times but they still refused to accomadate me, instead I was terminated because I "wasnt a good fit with the company"
