I would have left this company immediately if I didn't have a great team lead

The workplace culture is too toxic, and it is because of the management's lack of effort and care for the employees. Some of the managers are verbally abusive and rude toward the employees. It's really demotivating to work with a management that makes employees feel like they aren't valued.
