A ton of career growth support Everyone I’ve worked with has been super nice Ther is endless support for most positions and as a a manager you get paid well.

Cons

Front line employees don’t get paid enough. The company talks a big game About how they are the most important part of the organization but then doesn’t put their money where their mouth is.

Cost of living stipend. Good local workers.

Cons

This company use to care about employees but now is cutting every corner to raise profits for selling on stock market. Employees unionized to save jobs while KASE cut every corner in the book. Even violating safety regulations. Employees hired for one position expected to work other positions with no cross training or pay increase- read fine print on sign on contract. says “or do whatever is asked of you”. Managers are passive non confrontational and have no leadership skills. Put into roles with no management skills due to high turnover. Will not give straight forward answers leading you to believe false information that leads to employee write up. No opportunity for growth or moving up in KASE. Pay raise is not guaranteed. Yearly bonus not guaranteed.
