      Pros

      Good pay, great job, good benefits, but that's it not worth getting treated like your nothing.

      Cons

      I worked their for 2 years it was impossible to be promoted because there was way to much favoritism. They never gave good feed back only negatives. The last month I was there I refused to suck up and I was written up for everything. I had to put my 2 weeks in so they didn't fire me. I would not recommend this job to anyone.

      Benefits , very flexible for time off; fun atmosphere, work independently ,when it is slow u can watch TV and read a book

      Cons

      Management needs to listen to their employees more often then maybe problems could be fixed. Salaries too low, no advancement
