Pros

Good for college kids or as a stepping stone. Get your experience and leave like everyone else. You have days of good tips.

Cons

Management is incompetent at best. Favoritism is rampant. Pay is absolutely horrible. Equipment is broken for extended periods of time. No break on busy days. 30 people have left in my 2 1/2 years and management could care less.

Awesome coworkers, shift is 6-3 so you get off earlier in the day than other jobs, aviation industry is cool.

Cons

30 minute lunch break, blame focused culture, management isn't great, high employee turnover, uniforms, compensation is low compared to the responsibilities and stressors of the job.

Its a 24hr operation so shift work is the name of the game
