You work you get paid.

Cons

Management heavy. Corporate gives zip about hourly employees. Continued issues never get resolved which leads to mass exiting. Basically the titanic and management is the band playing. When 75% of your staff quits? There's issues. People leave for more money and better management. It's a turnstile business but some employees actually care why not cultivate them instead of keeping on the ones that give 50%. You don't k so what you got till it's gone. And they're leaving.
