      Pros

      I worked at Atlantic for almost 9 years as a CSR and then CSM. It was hands down my favorite job and favorite Company. It was a fun, low stress, easy job. I enjoyed going to work. If customer service is your passion, it's a great Company to work for.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities are limited unless you are willing to relocate. You won't get rich working on the front lines of Aviation but coming from an HR background I can say the pay is on par with the job duties and level of responsibility.

      Underpaid for amount of liability, very hectic and inconsistent management when busy. Great risk of accidents when busy.
