Monthly culture club events like movie night, company bowling, table tennis tournaments, chili-cookoff, assassins, along with our daily Super Smash Bros competitions ensures that there is always a means to relieve some stress and build relationships with your coworkers. Work-life balance at AtlanticBT is a huge priority, and it is reflected in every aspect of management.
Cons
The health care benefits are mediocre at best, and the 401k matching is not as good as it could be.
