Pros

Cons
- Lack of process and direction makes it hard to get things done efficiently - Not walking the talk when it comes to inviting ideas and collaboration from mid/lower level staff - Need to decide what it is they do. There needs to be some disruption to realign. Are they a creative shop. Do they specialize in IT security. Or are they marketing experts. - Cost structure doesn't make sense - hard to sell services - estimates get inflated bc creatives are responsible for tracking their own productivity and are expected to be at an unreasonable capacity - Get priced out among competitors
