      Pros

      I have been working for Atlantic-IT.net for over 2 years. I have to say, that I have enjoyed every minute of it. I truly appreciate how this company value's my ideas and encourages positivity in the workplace. Atlantic-IT is a fast pace environment, so there is always room for growth and excelling. I really enjoy who I work with, as well as the fact that I feel confident in communicating (and being heard) with upper management. Another HUGE thing that I really value in this company is that I have the option to work remote if needed AND they completely support and understand my need to put my education first. It's a great environment for interns (not just IT related), or anyone that currently wants to be certified or go back to school. Overall, I would rate this company with 5 stars!

      Pros

      Great place to start/build your career in IT support. Very client centric and focus environment They support a broad spectrum of clients and platforms- learning potential here is endless! Encourages self development Lots of potential for growth within the company. You get out what you put in. Great place to develop confidence, communication and time management skills. Nice cultural mix Company affords you to opportunity to challenge yourself technically. Always recognizes you for the great work and effort you put out and shares feedback from clients. You won’t be just a number working here, you are part of a team! Everyone works together to get the job done! Great benefits and perks. HR goes above and beyond to ensure staff has what they need.

      Cons

      Not a con but disclaimer. If you don’t have an interest in development and learning, being a team player or have a client centric mindset, then this probably is not the place for you.
