Pros
SUPER flexible company to work for and that's probably the biggest Pro. They really work with you through whatever situations you may have going on and genuinely care about your well being and success. They are very good at making sure they provide you with all of the necessary tools to succeed while you are here. Pay is very competitive and the occasional free lunches and office parties are a nice added bonus! They just implemented this new holiday structure where they have 4 core holidays that they recognize and then you can choose to take off 4 additional paid days off for any holiday of your choosing, which I thought was very flexible and considerate. I just took off for Valentines day, next is Juneteenth.
Cons
Slightly short staffed but they compensate for this in different ways, we definitely work well as a team here. They do implement a dress code, which I guess can be viewed as a Pro to some. However they used to have casual Fridays and I'm hoping they bring that back!
