No opportunity for growth, no matter how good you may be. Successful managers are never promoted from within, however, new regionals seek the majority of their training from the current community managers. Salaries are not competitive.

Lots of training. Friendly work environment. Good atmosphere. A well run company. They care about their employees. Enjoyed my time with Atlantic/Pacific. The pay was competitive.

Cons

The criteria for employees to live on site was an obstacle that I could not surmount. After hour service calls required to punch in and out at office. This seemed unfair to me, as from the moment a emergency call is received your life is interrupted, and every other company I have worked for you were guaranteed a minimum of one hour for each after hours emergency.
