      Pros

      Organized Policies and Procedures are well maintained and set in place You get to work with the best of the best Its a family envirmonment You work hard and will be appreciated Amazing people to sorround yourself with and learn great things Leadership conferences Work events I have been looking for a stable management company and a work family and I can truly say I am excited to continue to learn and grow from the leaders around me.

      Cons

      The only con I have is I wish we had more sister properties in the area to have a closer group of coworkers but even with our other ones being a bit away we still find ways to bring the group together.

      It’s a job and you can make a good commission check if you work your butt off

      Cons

      They do not want to promote within most of the times and will do everything in their power to not pay you commission. They are built on favoritism.

      Family Orientated environment, could have longevity if the pay is correct.

      Cons

      The company will pay you based off experience. For example, an experienced employee will receive a higher pay rather then when you get promoted within they will still pay you entry level with for the promoted position. Although you are doing the same job.
